For National Apprenticeship Week in February, FSP hosted a live webinar alongside LearnTech to support young people who are considering an apprenticeship as their next step.

It was great to see so much engagement and interest in a career route that offers both learning and real-world experience.

The webinar covered:

• An introduction to FSP, our culture, and how we support early career talent
• Insights from our 2024/2025 apprentices who provided advice, guidance, and shared lived experiences
• An overview of LearnTech’s apprenticeship programmes and pathways
