Unity 2026: The FSP We Choose To Be
Last week, 400+ of our colleagues from across our UK, Spain and Croatia teams came together at the iconic Wembley Stadium for Unity 2026, one of the most anticipated events in the FSP calendar.
The day was packed with insightful discussions, inspiring speakers and meaningful connections, all centred around a powerful theme: ‘The FSP We Choose To Be.’
Unity Introduction
Following an introduction from our CEO, Simon Grosse, and Managing Partner, Tim Ebenezer, the morning began with a reflection on FSP’s journey over the last 15 years. They shared how we’ve evolved into the business we are today, while highlighting that, despite the growth, change and success we’ve experienced along the way, one thing has remained constant: the importance of our culture. Their message set the tone for the day, reinforcing that culture is not something that simply exists, but something we consciously create through the choices we make and the way we show up for one another every day.
Win:Win For Everyone
Throughout the morning, colleagues took part in a series of interactive group discussions designed to explore what enables us to do our best work. We discussed questions including:
- When I’m at my best at work, what’s true?
- What matters most to you, and why?
- What do we need to give each other in order to succeed together?
- What must always be true about FSP?
The same themes emerged across every group: trust, respect, clarity and teamwork. These values sit at the heart of the culture we continue to build together and reinforce what makes FSP such a special place to work.
We also explored what win:win means at FSP, a principle that is fundamental to our success. For us, success only happens when everybody wins – our clients have won, FSP has won, our communities have won, and individuals personally feel that they have won.
Spotlight: Affinity Groups
We also heard the latest updates from our affinity groups during a session led by our Employee Experience Lead, Jack Tame, highlighting the fantastic work being done across the business to create an inclusive, supportive and engaging environment for all colleagues.
- In particular, Richard Barrett shared his personal health and fitness journey, reflecting on how positive lifestyle changes have transformed both his wellbeing and mindset. His story highlighted how small, consistent habits, from moving more each day to building greater discipline, can have a significant impact both personally and professionally.
- We also heard from Kathleen Kelly and Harleen Singh Flora, our Working Parents Affinity Group Leads, who shared their own experiences as working parents, reflecting on the support they have received from colleagues and the business. This segment was a powerful reminder of how Affinity Groups create opportunities for connection, belonging and shared understanding, helping people thrive and do their best work.
As FSP continues to grow, these communities will play an increasingly important role in strengthening our culture and keeping people connected.
The afternoon featured a truly special guest speaker, Dame Kelly Holmes, whose story aligned perfectly with the themes of the day. Kelly shared the highs and lows of her personal and professional journey, from serving in the military to becoming a double Olympic champion.
Her story of resilience, determination and self-belief was both moving and inspiring. She spoke about adversity, embracing challenges and finding opportunity in even the most difficult circumstances. One of the most powerful messages from her talk was that confidence is not something we simply get by saying ‘we are confident’; it is built through action, persistence and repeatedly showing up, even when things feel really difficult. Her message was a reminder that every single one of us has the ability to achieve more than we think possible when we continue to invest in ourselves and support those around us, whoever we are and whatever we are doing in life.

Thank You!
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make Unity 2026 such a memorable event. We’d also like to extend a special thank you to our Core Services team, who organise every FSP event in-house. Year after year they somehow raise the bar even higher, even if it feels impossible, and Unity 2026 was no exception.
